PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic unit provided with an operation key securing dustproof and waterproof function with simple constitution and to provide a manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The electronic unit is provided with a casing 1 and the operation keys 4 installed in through holes 1a formed in the casing 1 so that they can relatively move. A resin film 7 is stuck to the surfaces of the casing and the operation keys and the confronted faces of the operation keys and the through holes by covering them. Thus, the resin film covers the surface of the casing and the operation keys and gaps formed between them. Then, the casing and the operation keys are connected so that they can relatively move.
