PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement structure of EGR cooler capable of enhancing a heat exchange rate by broadening a heat transfer area in which the EGR cooler is disposed on a cylinder head of engine to constitute it as a rocker-cover. SOLUTION: The EGR cooler 11 is interposed between EGR passages 12, 13 for feeding an EGR gas from an exhaust passage 7 of an engine 1 to a suction passage 6 and can carry out a heat exchange of cooling water of the engine 1 and the EGR gas. The EGR cooler is disposed on a cylinder head 3 of the engine 1 to constitute it as the rocker cover.
