PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man hour of system development and to enhance productivity by centralizing an input/output processing of an input/output device, system development of a data processing of a data base, practice and maintenance of a system. SOLUTION: The data processings of the input/output device 108 and the data base 107 are program processed and unitary controlled by storing a processing setting table 104 consisting of records by unit of line in which the processing contents are described in a memory or a storage medium in a computer 100 for control and activating a processing engine 101 to control the processing according to management numbers added to the records on the computer.
