PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical energy generating element capable of preventing wasteful use of gaseous hydrogen and improving generation efficiency of electrical energy without increasing the cost. SOLUTION: The electrical energy generating element is provided with a reaction chamber 1 provided with a laminated body 9 of a hydrogen electrode film 7 and a proton electric conductor film 8, a hydrogen chamber 2 connected with a gaseous hydrogen source and regulators 4, 11, 12 and 13 for supplying gaseous hydrogen from the hydrogen chamber 2 to the reaction chamber 1 so as to control power generation voltage in a prescribed range. |
