PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely realize a shut down processing, that is the cut of the power supply of an information system to be normally performed, and the interruption processing of system power without any operation of an operator when wind speed abnormality occurs, and to prevent a situation where the function of the information system is stopped carelessly. SOLUTION: The method is provided with a control means for supplying and interrupting the power of the information system with an instruction from a host device, a wind speed detection means detecting wind speed for cooling in the information system and a wind speed monitoring means which monitors a wind speed detection value detected by the wind speed detection means at a time interval which is previously set, detects the abnormality of wind speed based on a comparison result with a plurality of reference values which are previously set for comparing them with the wind speed detection value, informs the host device of abnormality and performs corresponding different processings for a plurality of the reference values. |
