PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent assembly characteristics from being lowered and striking sound, due to thrust play from being caused. SOLUTION: A seal member 17 constituted of an elastic material, such as malt plane or the like has a thrust play preventing part 19 formed continuously from an air path sealing part 21 to a part between a bearing part 18 and a plate part 16. According to this constitution, a cold wind path 6 and a hot wind path 7 can be sealed by an air path sealing part 21, by executing only one operation of mounting the seal part 17 on the plate part 16. Thrust play is absorbed by the thrust play preventing part 19 to prevent striking sound from occurring.
