COMPUTER INTERFACE TO TELEPHONE INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE SYSTEM

摘要

Gaming systems for remote interaction with a patron on a secondary interactive communications network such as the internet and interactive television are provided. Interactive voices response telephone systems provide a set of voice-like control messages and multi-frequency tonal command messages to complete a patron transaction in conjunction with a main data processing and management facility. A gaming gateway obtains data messages equivalent to said control messages and interacts with said patron by real time data to assemble a fully detailed gaming transaction for submission through interactive voice response telephone systems.
