A bubbling display (11) for a dispensing font tower (10) comprises a pair of walls (16, 17) defining a reservoir containing a liquid (18). At least the front wall (16) is transparent. An air manifold (19) introduces air into the bottom of the reservoir to form bubbles which rise through the liquid (18) to create a bubbling or aerated display on the front (10).
