PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlighten a pet owner to improve the environment surrounding the pet. SOLUTION: When deciding to keep a puppy, a general user 3 or a member 4 accesses an owner level check system 15 in a pet information service site 1 and answers questions to check whether he or she is suited to keep a puppy. If the total marks obtained by him or her exceed 80%, the system 15 registers him or her in a member database 11 as a special member 5. When accessing the system, anybody can obtain comments on marking the explanations of questions to which he or she has answered erroneously. The special member 5 is permitted to access breeders stored in a breeder information database 16 and can make direct contact with a breeder 2 to purchase a puppy. He or she can access also a select dog system 12, an illustrated dog handbook database 13, and a puppy information database 14 when selecting the puppy. |
