PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for medical treatment image management which perform external output of a different kind through easy operation. SOLUTION: This medical treatment image managing method which inputs image information from a medical treatment device and manages it by an electronic computer comprises a display stage where the inputted medical treatment image is displayed on a display, a selection stage where a selecting means for conversion into pieces of medical treatment information differing in format regarding the medical treatment image is displayed on the same screen with the selected medical treatment image and medical treatment information in desired format is selected, and an output stage which the information is outputted according to the selected format.
