PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the leakage of personnel announcement due to the forgetting of a person in charge at the time of personnel announcement and an operation error at the time of settling an announcement matter. SOLUTION: The personnel information processing system performs a personnel processing business for settling the personnel announcement matter on respective staffs. The server 1 is provided with personnel DB11 managing personnel information of all the staffs and mater data on personnel announcement on the respective staffs, an additional information table 30 where different automatic processing methods on matter data and a request destination and an address for performing an automatic processing are stored, a monitoring function part 13 judging whether the announcement matter being the object of the processing is to automatically be settled or is to automatically by reported by referring to the additional information table 30, an automatic noticing part 14 giving an automatic notice to the person in charge by referring to the additional information table 30 by a call from the monitoring function part 13 and an automatic performing part 15 which automatically performs the settlement processing of the objective announcement matter by the call from the monitoring function part 13. |
