PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor and control system capable of extending functions to monitor targets. SOLUTION: The monitor and control system consists of an information input means 11 for inputting information to be monitored/controlled, a static software storage means 12a for recording/storing static software constituted of a program or data, a dynamic software edition means 394 for editing dynamic software constituted of a program or data for outputting information for expressing a target to be monitored/controlled by any one of an image, a mosaic display board, sound, and an alarm, a dynamic software storage means 12b for storing the dynamic software, a software management means 14 for distributing/supplying the dynamic software, and a software execution means 13 for receiving the dynamic software and outputting the information expressing the target to be monitored/controlled by any one of the image, the mosaic display board, the sound, and the alarm. |
