<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifying circuit from which reversed amplified output having large gain and amplified level shifted output can be obtained and which is used for a sense circuit or the like. SOLUTION: When input voltage is inputted to an input node Ain of an amplifying circuit 400, the input voltage is reversed by a negative resistor circuit 420 consisting of P channel MOS transistors 421, 422 and a N channel MOS transistor 423 and a resisting means 430 consisting of a N channel MOS transistor, and outputted from an output node Aout1 of a gate side of the resisting means 430, while amplified level shift voltage is outputted from an output node Aout2 of the gate side of the MOS transistor 421.</p> |
