PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking stove burner capable of securing combustion property and high efficiency at all times in the high efficiency burner, such as a table cooking stove. SOLUTION: A flow of mixed gas, supplied to many burner ports 3 formed on a peripheral edge in combination of a burner body and a burner head B, is adapted such that the flow is changed with high efficiency into a flow, where an upward directed flame (a) at an optimum angle at the burner port 3 by the control using an annular flange section 8 provided on an upper end of a socket 5, while keeping a fixed positional relation with respect to the burner port 3.
