PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A coarse adjusting shaft 54 and a fine adjusting shaft 55 are coaxially provided on a front side including the edge part of a stage 37, and a coarse adjusting handle 56 and a fine adjusting handle 57 are attached to the one-end sides of the shafts 54 and 55, and a coarse adjusting shaft 45 and a fine adjusting shaft 46 existing at the inner part than the shafts 54 and 55 and the stage 37 are interlocked through a timing belt 61 and a round belt 62, whereby an objective lens 44 is finely adjusted or coarsely adjusted.
