PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus for cold insulating or heat insulating drink in which various kinds of tubular container receiver can be replaced easily. SOLUTION: Drink 21 contained in a container is contained in an apparatus for cold insulating or heat insulating drink. A cold insulating or heat insulating section 40 comprises a Peltier module 4 provided with a heat absorbing part 4a and a heat radiating part 4b absorbing and radiating heat, respectively, upon conduction of power, and a tubular container receiver 2 having open upper surface and comprising a good thermal conductor being coupled thermally with the heat absorbing part 4a and the heat radiating part 4b of the Peltier module 4 on the bottom part and receiving the drink 21 contained in a container wherein the tubular container receiver 2 is entirely coated with a thermal insulation material 3 on the side face thereof and fixed removably to the cold insulating or heat insulating section 40. More specifically, the cold insulating or heat insulating section 40 is contained in a case 1 having an open upper end, inner circumferential edge at the opening of the case 1 is threaded 1b and a retainer ring 1a presses the upper end of the tubular container receiver 2, screwed into the thread 1b and having the lower end part fixed to the cold insulating or heat insulating section 40, strongly downward.
