PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breather device capable of preventing transmission oil from being ejected to the outside without deteriorating mounting performance to a vehicle. SOLUTION: A breather circuit 36 for communicating inner and outer guide grooves 27 with each other through communication passages 31, 32 is provided on a rear case 14 for constituting the rear end of a transmission case for housing a transmission mechanism by insert molding.
