PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a facility and to improve its safety in a power generating system that generates electric energy by electromagnetic induction by using heat. SOLUTION: This system is provided with heat pipes 11 to 13 the inside of which is filled with a liquid having conductivity, and that form a loop for circulating the liquid or its vapor when the one end of the loop is heated while the other end is cooled; means 21, 22 that generate magnetic field at least at a portion of the loop of the heat pipe sand means 31, 32 that take out the electric energy generated when the liquid or its vapor crosses the magnetic field in its movement.
