PURPOSE: A setting structure of a monitor stand, which is constructed in such a manner that a rotation route of a front stand is formed opposite to a rotation route of a back stand, is provided to minimize the volume of the stand and to reduce the number of processes of disassembling and assembling. CONSTITUTION: A pair of catch portions(20,30) that respectively have left and right hinge axes(10,10') at both sides of the bottom face of a monitor M. The catch portions and the monitor are formed in one body. A front stand(40) is combined between the catch portions. The front stand is rotated having the left and right hinge axes as a center point and supports the front part of the monitor. A back stand(60) is set to the front stand. The back stand is rotated having a horizontal hinge axis(50) as a center point and supports the bask side of the monitor.
