This invention relates to a notch clipper and more particularly, but not exclusively, to a dressmarker's notch clipper. The notch clipper consists of two hingedly connected jaws. A first jaw has a V-shaped cutting edge and a second jaw has a cutting edge receiving formation. The jaws are hingable from an open position to a close position for cutting a V-notch in a textile. |
