The invention concerns a composition comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium, DHEA and/or a chemical or biological precursor or derivative thereof, combined with at least a glycation inhibiting agent such as resveratrol. The inventive composition is for oral or topical administration. The invention also concerns the use of said composition for preventing or treating ageing skin symptoms, in particular of skin slackening, and its use in a cosmetic composition for preventing or treating orange peel skin appearance.
