The invention relates to a carriage provided with a track belt, meant for passing over dislevelments, trenches, as well as for moving up and down the stairs. According to the invention, the carriage comprises a carriage frame (1) on which some carriage wheels (2) are mounted in free rotation. A track belt (3), tensioned by a tensioner (A) or untensioned, is placed over the wheels (2).
