PURPOSE: Provided is a nutritious hardtack which has pharmaceutical efficacies and nutriments of and peculiar tastes to garlic, peanut, ginseng and pine pollen and the like. Therefore, it can be widely used as a side dish or a snack. CONSTITUTION: Nutritious hardtack comprises 50-70 part by weight of wheat flour, 2-10 part by weight of oil, 3-15 part by wight of nutriment, 0.5-2.5 part by weight of puffing agent, 0.5-1.5 part by weight of refined salt, 5-15 part by weight of sugar, 5-37 part by weight of food additive and 18-20 part by weight of water.
