PRODUCTION OF POLYESTER IMPROVED IN DISPERSIBILITY OF ADDITIVE

PURPOSE: A process of preparing the titled polyester by adding an additive in a spinning process without addition of a high-concentration master batch after preparation thereof and then uniformly dispersing is provided, which prevents generation of pollution during the production and degradation of quality and produces a variety of polyester fibers. CONSTITUTION: The polyester is prepared by combining a matrix polyester from a melt extruder(3) and a modified polyester added with an additive from a melt mixing extruder(4), uniformly dispersing and spinning, wherein an additive supply apparatus(6) for supplying an additive to a polyester for modification is constructed at the melt mixing extruder, a fused material of a modified polyester dispersed in high concentration in the melt mixing extruder is supplied to a joining position(7-1) by a measuring pump(6), diluted by the front end part(7-2) of the melt extruder and a stationery type agitator(9) and uniformly distributed.
