The invention relates to an electroinsulating rod designed to make possible the access from the ground to the overhead electric network with the view to performing different works. According to the invention, the electroinsulating rod comprises a plurality of tubular modules (1) made of polyester reinforced with glass fibre, protruding into one another, each module (1) having some holes (a), the heads of some buttons (2), pressed each by a coiled compression spring (3), may protrude threthrough, said springs (3) being located in a place (b) each cut in a plastic plug (4), bonded at the bottom of all inner modules (1) a separating bushing (5) made of plastic, together with lid (6) fixed at the top of the previous module (1) located on the circumference of each plug (4) concentrically guides the tubular module one in respect of another and prevents the module (1) to escape one from another, the buttons (2) blocking both the axial and the rotation motion around the fore and aft axis.
