A liquid filling device (1) capable of preventing foreign matter from entering therein and a contamination thereof by bacteria with a simple structure and also completing the preparations for filling liquid such as chemicals by an easy operation, comprising an outer tube (3) having a liquid storage space (33) formed therein, a liquid leading part (4) formed projectedly at the end part of the outer tube (3) and having, therein, a flow path (41) communicating with the liquid storage space (33), an inner plug (valve mechanism) (7) installed on the outer periphery of the liquid leading part (4) and opening and closing the flow path (41), and a hub (operating member) (11) operating the inner plug (7) by rotating about the axis of the liquid leading part (4), wherein the hub (11) holds a needle tube (12) at the tip part thereof, and the inner plug (7) is rotated according to the rotation of the hub (11) so as to be displaced to a first position for interrupting the flow path (41) and a liquid leading path (71) provided in the inner plug (7) and a second position for communicating the flow path (41) with the liquid leading path (71). |
