PURPOSE: A porous noiseless road paving method using crushed waste tires is provided to improve elasticity, durability and stability of a road, to exclude plastic deformation, to reduce noise remarkably and to reduce the time required to produce construction materials. CONSTITUTION: A porous noiseless road paving method using crushed waste tires comprises the steps of: gelling the surface of the crushed waste tires by heating up crushed waste tires indirectly at 200-400 degrees to have the grain size of 5 millimeters or less; heating up 0.03-0.2 weight of asphalt per the crushed waste tires at 150-300 degrees; unifying by mixing the heated asphalt with the gelled crushed waste tires; mixing the heated asphalt, aggregate of appointed quantity to have a 15-25 percent porosity, and 0.03-0.3 weight of one or more of cement, limestone and silica powder with the unified admixture; and paving the admixture.
