PURPOSE: A pump for a brake system of a vehicle is provided to operate a pump actively by modifying the structure of parts and the shape, and to compact a brake system block by reducing the size and the width of the brake system block. CONSTITUTION: A pump of a brake in a vehicle is composed of a block(100) having a motor supplying eccentric rotational force; a bore(101) extended from the block to the motor; a piston(110) contacting the bore to the motor, and having an oil passage flowing oil from the block; an inlet valve(130) installed in the piston to open and close the outlet of the oil passage; an inlet spring supporting the inlet valve in the end of the piston elastically; a pump plug(200) inserted to the bore; an outlet valve seat inserted to an installation hole(210) of the pump plug; an outlet valve supported elastically between the outlet valve seat and the installation hole by the spring; and a discharge passage(260) extended from the outlet valve to the outflow passage of the block. The installation hole is formed in the pump plug for overlapping by inserting the end of the piston. The structure is improved with overlapping the pump plug and the piston partially, and the brake system block is compacted with reducing the size and the width of the brake system block.
