PURPOSE: A device for distributing cultures in a culture vessel is provided, thereby diluting cultures and fluorescent materials uniformly. CONSTITUTION: The device for uniformly distributing the culture in a culture vessel comprises a main body containing a base(110), a cover(130) forming a certain space in its upper part, and a penetrating hole(140) in the center of the cover; a supporting plate(200), wherein a portion of the upper side of the supporting plate is projected through the penetrating hole, its upper side is linked with the upper part of the base via electric bodies, and guide projections(220) are extended to the base in order for the supporting plate to have height difference; and a supporting plate-running part(300) containing rotation plate(320) linked with a step motor(310) on the base; a running bar(330) attached to the guide projections on the rotation plate, wherein the running bar is movably established in the guide groove which is formed within the radius of the rotation plate.
