PURPOSE: An electroluminescent device is provided to improve shielding capacity of an electromagnetic interference wave emitted to a viewer when an alternate current(AC) voltage is applied to a rear electrode layer and a front electrode layer, by forming the front electrode layer made of a transparent alloy. CONSTITUTION: The rear electrode layer(21) is made of electrode lines which are in parallel with each other. An interlayer dielectric is formed in front of the rear electrode layer. A fluorescent layer(23) to which a fluorescent material is inserted is formed in front of the interlayer dielectric. The front electrode layer(24) is perpendicular to the electrode lines of the rear electrode layer in front of the fluorescent layer. A transparent front insulation layer(25) is formed in front of the front electrode layer.
