PURPOSE: An electroluminescence display panel driving method is provided to reduce electromagnetic interference waves from a viewer and to prevent luminescence efficiency from being dropped due to the electromagnetic interference waves. CONSTITUTION: An AC data signal is applied to a back electrode layer(21), and a scan signal is applied to a front electrode layer(24). An interlayer insulation layer(22) is formed on a front surface of the back electrode layer(21), and a fluorescence layer(23) is formed on a front surface of the interlayer insulation layer(22). The scan signal applied to each scan electrode line of the front electrode layer(24) has a reference voltage during a relatively long period of time based on 0V, and the polarity of the scan signal is not changed. Thus, generation of electromagnetic interference waves from a viewer is reduced, and drop of luminescence efficiency due to the electromagnetic interference waves is prevented.
