PURPOSE: A method for displaying a customized data layer is provided to arrange the data on web pages according to the flavor of a netizen and not to display an unwanted datum. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of detecting the connection through the Internet from a client(S1), searching a cookie value stored in the client(S2), receiving an approval from the client if a cookie value doesn't remain(S3), transmitting the cookie value stored in a server(S4), the server creating many web pages by gathering many data layers using the cookie value(S5), allocating the position value of the data layer to the web page(S6), allocating the motion function of the data layer(S7), storing the allocated web page in the database of the server(S8), and displaying a drag-and-drop possible web page on a terminal with response to the transmission of the web page stored in the database to the client(S9).
