PURPOSE: To resolve the problem that a customer as a presenter cannot find what he sent in the previous time because only an article name to be sent in the present time and the amount of money are displayed on an application slip for a year-end gift or the like, which is sent to the customer, as items related to article, that is, the customer cannot find what he sent in the previous time and sends an article, which was unfavorably received in the previous time, in the present time to bring discredit on himself furthermore though the article sent in the previous time was unfavorably received. CONSTITUTION: A gift article application system is composed of a memory part 21 where desired information 21a of addresses, names, etc., of customers, information 21b of at least addresses and names of sending destinations as attribute information of each customer, articles sent in the past, and amounts of memory for them are stored, an application slip generation part 22 which extracts one customer, information of at least address and names of sending destinations as attribute information of this customer, at least article sent in the previous time, and amounts of money for them from the memory part 21 to generate an application slip, and a means which delivers the application slip generated by the application slip generation part to the customer.
