PURPOSE: A motor is provided to enable a motor to be used for an equipment requiring high speed by stably performing a high speed rotation of a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION: A motor includes a rotor(100), a rotary shaft(200), a housing(300), a holder and an air supplying unit(500). The rotor(100) includes a case(110), and a magnet(120) fixedly installed on an inside surface of the case(110). The rotary shaft(200) rotates at a high speed together with the rotor(100), and is coupled with a central lower surface of the case(110) of the rotor(100) at an upper end thereof and integrally arranged with a thrust plate(210) at a lower end part thereof. The housing(300) is positioned on a lower part of the rotor(100). A stator(600) including a core(610) and a coil(620) wound on the core(610) is fixedly installed on an upper outside surface of the housing to generate a rotational electromagnetic force together with the rotor(100). The first air space part(310) is formed on upper and lower circumferences into which the rotary shaft(200) is inserted to slide support the upper and lower outer circumferences of the rotary shaft(200) through air. Upper and lower bearing space parts(311,312) are formed on upper and lower circumferences of the housing by a predetermine depth to correspond to the upper and lower outer circumferences of the rotary shaft.
