PURPOSE: A method for billing a guide broadcasting of a VMS(Voice Mail System) is provided to maximally decrease a call charge of a mobile communication subscriber by being connected to the VMS after the mobile communication subscriber sufficiently hears the guide broadcasting or message. CONSTITUTION: In case of power off, busy, no paging response, and no answer, an MSC(Mobile Switching Center) sets a channel between a VMS and an origination-side terminal(S20). The VMS selects one guide broadcasting among a message recorded by a termination-side mobile terminal user, a broadcasting(S21) selected in the VMS, or no broadcasting, and transmits the selected guide broadcasting to the origination-side terminal user(S22). If an origination-side terminal continuously maintains the channel, the VMS provides a guide broadcasting as if you does not wants, please hang up to the origination terminal(S23). The VMS provides a guide broadcasting as a message record is No. 1, a telephone number for receiving a communication is No. 2, and a facsimile transmission is No. 4 to the origination-side terminal(S24). In case that the origination-side terminal user records a voice message according to a guide broadcasting of the VMS, the user pushes No. 1 of a keypad and talks a message through a microphone of the terminal. If the origination-side terminal user pushes a random button, the voice of the origination-side terminal user is recorded in the VMS(S25). In case that the origination-side terminal user leaves a call number to the termination-side terminal according to a guide broadcasting of the VMS, the origination-side terminal user pushes No. 2 and pushes the call number left in the termination-side terminal(S26). |
