PURPOSE: A processing method and an operating system after a transaction are provided to process a work after transaction by granting an incentive to bidder and a provider. CONSTITUTION: An auction system is comprised of a web browser(100), a web server(120), the Internet(110), and a web site(160). The web server(120) is composed of a unit for connecting a transaction controller(151), a settlement controller(152), a program(153), a user management database(154), a settlement database(155), and a product database(156) to a web site(160) and for managing them. The transaction controller(151) records information inputted by a buyer and a provider participating in an auction in the user management database(154) and the product database(156). The transaction controller(151) progresses an auction procedure by using the program(153). The settlement controller(152) records mileage information in the user management database(154) and processes a procedure after the auction by working together the user management database(154), the product database(156), and the settlement database(155). The settlement controller(152) measures time taking the buyer and the provider to settle and deliver the product and gives marks according to the time. The settlement controller(152) allows the buyer and the provider the mileage and stores the mileage to the user management database(154). The program(153) progresses the auction according to the control of the transaction controller(151) and notifies a successful bid result to the successful bidder and the provider.
