PURPOSE: A health system is provided to solve various problems caused by an excessive and monotonous exercise, to offer a pleasant exercise time, and to allow a user to perform exercise suitable to one's age, sex, physical strength, and so on. CONSTITUTION: The health system consists of a sports appliance(A) of a power off or on type comprised of a rotating plate and an adjuster for adjusting the grade of the exercise; a computer for providing a separate program to the sports appliance; a monitor(B) controlled according to the program of the computer; a server for managing the program; and an internet network for connecting a hospital and a pharmacy utilizing data provided from the server. The sports appliance has a control system(4) for allowing the sports appliance to be appropriately controlled according to the selected program. The monitor has a sensor(5,6) capable of detecting the variation of pulsation and blood pressure of the user. Additionally, a speaker(7) and a camera(8) are installed in need.
