<p>PURPOSE: A roaster is provided to keep meat roasted for a long time as well as to make the meat soft by including a proper amount of water in the roasted meat. CONSTITUTION: A roaster consists of a first vessel(100a), a second vessel(100b), a shaft pin(5) for connecting the first vessel with the second vessel, and grips(3a,3b) mounted on each first and second vessel. The first vessel has a base(8a) forming a first space portion(7a), and a sidewall(9a) formed vertically to the base. The second vessel includes a base(8b) forming a second space portion(7b), and a sidewall(9b) vertical to the base. The shaft pin connects hinges(17a,17b) to open/close the first and second vessels. The hinges have stoppers(19) for preventing the first and second vessels from being opened at a specific angle exceeding 90 degrees. A recessed groove(110a) is formed on a contact side(13a) of the sidewall(9a), and a protrusion line(110b) is formed on another contact side(13b) of the other sidewall(9b). A packing is preferably mounted on the recessed groove to seal the vessels more tightly. Thereby, the roaster has double sealing structure including the packing, the recessed groove and the protrusion line.</p> |
