PURPOSE: An automatic cleaning apparatus having a self generation function is provided to reduce an exchanging cost of a battery by installing a small-sized generator at a water pipe to supply electricity to the battery. CONSTITUTION: A water-power generator(21) is installed at a water pipe(20) in order to generate electricity by using water pressure. A rectification control portion(22) rectifies a voltage generated from the water-power generator(21) and outputs the controlled voltage. A secondary battery(24) is used for charging the voltage of the rectification control portion(22). An infrared sensor(26) is used for sensing the presence of human. A solenoid valve(23) is used for stopping flow of water of the water pipe(20). A control portion(25) controls the flow of water of the water pipe(20) according to a sense signal of the infrared sensor(26) and a voltage level of the secondary battery(24).
