PURPOSE: An integral distribution chain network constructing and managing method of the existing retail stores is provided to minimize purchasing and distribution cost by constructing a chained system of the existing retail stores having the same name and trademark and to reduce the total stock and purchasing cost of products of a member by selling surplus or stock products of each member with Internet. CONSTITUTION: The constructing and managing method of an integral distribution network comprises steps of sorting the entire commercial power into small unit commercial power, constructing a plurality of distribution chain stores having the same name and trademark as the existing retail stores, and constructing an Internet trading site for advertising the chain stores of each commercial power to customers by automatically transmitting the web site of the members. The method increases reliability through image uplift of the chain stores as well as psychological stability against Internet purchasing. A chain manager minimizes financial damage by using the existing investment and commercial data to the maximum and increases the inducement of members by providing the merits of the chain stores through common marketing.
