PURPOSE: A method for offering a job and looking for the job using an Internet communication network is provided to allow a member offering and hunting the job to select easily a person to employ and an enterprise to interview by providing the members with customized information according to a condition required by the members. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(100) of member hunting a job allows a job hunter to input a condition including job hunting information and to confirm job offer information that satisfies the corresponding condition through an Internet communication network(300). A terminal(200) of member offering the job allows a person offering the job to input the condition including job offer information and to confirm the job hunting information that satisfies the corresponding condition through the Internet communication network(300). A web server(400) controls an operation of whole system. A database(500) stores the information inputted by the members hunting and offering the job. A retrieval system(600) retrieves data stored in the database(500) according to the condition inputted by the members hunting and offering the job. In case that the members hunting and offering the job want to manufacture an image profile, an image server system(700) provides an image input program and an image viewer so as to manufacture the image profile.
