PURPOSE: A tension controller of a rope of a vehicle winch is provided to relieve the inconvenience for a user in the reuse of a rope by preventing entangling of the rope with a winch. CONSTITUTION: A tension controller of a rope of a vehicle winch comprises an installing bracket(10) installed on the side frame of a vehicle, a fixed roller(20) fixed on the installing bracket, a guide roller(30) installed spacing apart from the fixed roller, a tension roller(40) lifted upward and downward in between the guide roller and the fixed roller, and a coil spring(50) returning the tension roller to its original position. When returning a rope to its original position on a winch, the rope is guided along the guide roller while the tension of the rope is maintained by the fixed roller and the tension roller installed on a tension assembly(70). Therefore, the rope is reused conveniently.
