PURPOSE: A processing method of surface of a decorative fitting-out element and device for the same is provided to improve work efficiency within a short period of time, decreasing jewelry loss, and to take full advantage of diffused reflection effect of sunlight for the processing. CONSTITUTION: The surface processor for a decorative fitting-out element is comprised of: a fixation frame(3); an operation frame(4); processing grooves formed at an upper surface of the fixation frame(3) and a bottom surface of the operation frame(4), which accommodate half of a cutting end of the fitting-out element; and a processing thread(8) made of particulate diamond chip or cemented carbide chip, which is adhered to an internal surface of the processing grooves. According to the surface processing method for the decorative fitting-out element, the element is placed in the fixation frame and a pressure is applied to the operation frame while maintaining the fixation frame and the operation frame are in mold assembly. When the processing thread is stuck in the element, the operation frame is rotated more than once, which consequently results in diffused reflection cracks corresponding to the stuck part by the processing thread upon the surface of the fitting-out element.
