PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitting system capable of continuing data transfer while effectively utilizing only remaining normal transmission lines by disconnecting all the transmission lines which cannot be used with the occurrence of fixed faults. SOLUTION: This system is provided with plural nodes (101, 102 and 103), an inter-node connector (200) for controlling data transmission among the plural nodes (101, 102 and 103) while setting at least plural data transmission lines (301-303 and 401-403) to each of plural nodes (101, 102 and 103) and a data transfer control circuit (29) for detecting faults on the plural data transmission lines (101, 102 and 103) and when both the fault data transmission line, where the fault occurs, and the normal data transmission line are detected from the plural data transmission lines, the data transfer control circuit (29) invalidates the fault data transmission line and further executes setting for transmitting data, which are to be transmitted by the fault data transmission line, on the normal data transmission line.
