PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector having an aligning mechanism between wire bodies having flat conductors and terminals and being connected to the wire bodies with reliability and to provide the terminals used therefor. SOLUTION: This connector 1 is provided with a plurality of terminals 2 being disposed in an approximately perpendicular direction to the wiring faces of the plurality of wire bodies 7 being laid priorly and having flat conductors, a housing 3 storing and retaining the plurality of terminals 2, and an elastic contact member 2b elastically and planarly contacting with the conductor and three-dimensionally adjusting a position in contact with the conductor. The terminals 2 used for the connector 1 are also provided.
