PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily seize the position and direction of a flip chip during fitting and then to improve the producing capability of an automatic assembling device. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a pickup part 3 which allows the flip chip 1 to be present, a conveying mechanism 4, at least pickup tool 5 which is arranged on the conveying mechanism 4 to pickup the flip chip 1 and carry it from the pickup part 3 to the work 2, and a position seizing device 6 which is arranged on the conveying mechanism 4 to determine the position of the picked-up flip chip 1. The position seizing device 6 is equipped with a slide 7, a guide element 8 which guides the slide 7, a single line camera 11 which is fitted to the slide 7, and a measuring device 10 which measures the position of the slide 7. |
