PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting coil, which is equipped with a superconductor and a cylindrical support that are brought into close contact with each other, and is capable of operating stably, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: In the superconducting coil manufacturing method, a conductor (1) is coiled along the inner surface of a cylindrical support (3) with a winding machine (4) installed inside the cylindrical support (3). The conductor (1) is formed like a coil, having a curvature which is equal to or slightly larger than the bore diameter of the support (3), the conductor (1) formed like a coil is disposed above the support (3), suspended downward spirally, and pressed against the inner surface of the support (3), to be coiled. |
