SOLUTION: This panoramic scanner records an image that is inputted via an image-input 403, and picks up the image of the object 55 using a digital video camera 401 for recording a voice that is inputted through a voice-input corresponding to the image. In the panoramic scanner, the image-input 403 is retained so that the image-input 403 of the digital video camera 401 is directed toward the object 55, and at the same time a rotor 400 rotates around a still stage 1. The rotary position of the image-input 403 to the object 55 is specified, for example, by measuring the rotating time of a motor 30 at a fixed speed, a voice signal is generated by the frequency modulating a specific carrier according to the specified rotary position, and the generated voice signal is transmitted to the voice-input.
