PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a seal part. SOLUTION: One end side of a bulb socket is inserted and installed in an installing hole 8 of a panel 7. On the other end side, an electric wire W is extracted from a side surface, and a sealing member 22 is molded in a part for extracting this electric wire W. This sealing member 22 seals an extracting part of the electric wire W, and forms a press-fitting surface 22A on a surface opposite to the panel 7, and secures watertightness with the panel 7 by being brought into close contact with the panel 7, when installing the bulb socket on the panel 7.
