PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the efficiency of supplying electric power to a load circuit is very poor because a power supply commutator bridge diodes, in a system in which the power supply and the load circuit are connected via the comammutator bridge circuit so that the polarity of the electric power supplied to the load circuit side may not change even if that of the power supply does when a feeding device whose polarity changes with time is used as a power supply. SOLUTION: Four switching elements are use used for the commutator bridge circuit without using the diodes. An 'on-off' controlling terminal is provided on each of the four switching elements. By controlling the 'on-off' of the elements, the polarity of the voltage of the electric power supplied to the load circuit is kept constant.
